The work
Carolina Goldberg began teaching yoga in 1999 after her first teacher training at YogaWorks with founder Maty Ezraty and senior Iyengar teacher Lisa Walford, and taught 200- and 300-hour YogaWorks teacher trainings in Japan and the United States for more than fifteen years. In December 2016 she was initiated by Dr. Raven Lee into the Karuna-Kali lineage and completed a four-year Shamanic, Tantric and Tibetan Buddhist training in November 2020, receiving Reiki Master (Shinpiden) certification and Shakti Reiki attunement along the way. She is a certified QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) facilitator, and describes her practice as integrating Shakti Reiki with yoga, meditation, hypnosis and shamanic teachings. She teaches at Earth Yoga in Mallorca, returns regularly to Namaste Mongolia, leads retreats to sacred sites, and runs a weekly online membership community.
Reiki & energy healing
"In a Reiki session, in person or a long distance, you will get a harmonizing healing and balancing treatment. Reiki works on the aura, chakras and meridians." Carolina is an advanced Reiki master level 4 in the Japanese system of Dr. Usui and level 2 attuned for Shakti Reiki by Dr. Raven Lee.
QHHT quantum hypnosis
A three-hour session in the technique created by Dolores Cannon, which her site describes as including intention setting, reiki and energy alignment, a card reading, the hypnosis itself, and a recording of the session to take home.
Private yoga
One-to-one lessons in her Yoga Shala, at your home in greater Los Angeles, or over Zoom, tailored to your body, background and goals, with a video of the session sent afterwards.
Reiki certification
Reiki 1 and 2 initiation, private Reiki 1 attunement, and Shinpiden Master training, including a Masters Reiki training hosted with Earth Yoga in Mallorca in November 2026.
Membership community
Weekly Zoom gatherings on Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings for transmissions, meditations, channelled messages, Reiki and energy balancing, with 25% off private sessions for members.
